The apartment was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home! The bedrooms were spacious and had a really nice vibe, perfect for a good night's sleep after a night out. The bathrooms were clean and had everything I needed, plus a hairdryer to fix my wild hair in the morning. it felt like a great place to chill and unwind with my friends.
The TV was a bit on the small side for my liking, but hey, it's just a personal preference. Others might not mind it at all.

It is also close to beautiful parks like Bellahouston Park & Pollok Country Park, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the parking facility is excellent and provides convenience for those traveling by car.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the convenient location of the property near grocery stores and bus transport links, making it easy to get around. The apartment also had a homely feel to it, with nice touches like teabags and condiments provided.
Worst aspects include the cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, the property was dirty and had not been properly cleaned.

Great location, conveniently close to grocery stores and bus transport links. Lovely property with a homely feel, equipped with nice touches like teabags and condiments. Easy access to Bellahouston Park & Pollok Country Park for outdoor activities.
Lack of cleanliness upon arrival, with food/dirt on the floors, handprints on mirrors, and mould on the kitchen worktop. Broken blinds and a cupboard door nearly off, indicating a lack of maintenance.

The stairs leading up to the property were very steep and not mentioned in the advertisement. The property was freezing cold when we arrived, and there were no instructions for the washing machine, which took hours to do a load of laundry. Additionally, the gas cooker had no knobs, there was a broken mirror in the bedroom, and the oven was dirty and started smoking when we turned it on. We had to open the patio door to let the smoke out. The lack of oven trays and oven gloves further added to our frustration. These issues greatly affected our 38th-anniversary celebration.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a homey and cozy feel. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
It would have been better if the children working there had been more attentive and helpful in addressing the needs of senior guests.
